Work with us as a College Student
Virtual Access Coach
The Virtual Access Coach is a paid, part-time internship for current undergraduate college students (preferred) and graduate college students. Reporting to a Program Manager, Virtual Access Coaches are on the frontlines of educational justice as teachers, role models, and mentors who help students navigate the math, verbal, or both sections of the SAT and are comfortable creating meaningful relationships with high school students all via virtual means.
This is a paid, semester-long position that can be done virtually. We are currently recruiting for our Fall 2020 programs.
A Transition Coach works to provide virtual support by text, phone, and email to a cohort of current high school seniors as they apply to college and make the important decision about where to attend school. Our near-peer Transition Coaches build relationships with their students and provide mentorship, encouragement, targeted resources, and help staying on track with the many steps in the college application process.
This is a paid, year-long position that can be done virtually. We are currently recruiting for our 2020-2021 programs.
Success Coaches are dynamic and motivated undergraduate students who provide mentoring and support to 1st and 2nd year college students at one of our campus-based programs or virtually. Success Coaches work directly with students and provide 1:1 peer mentoring to a cohort of students by working to increase access to campus resources and build support for students.
This is a paid, year-long position. Some virtual positions are available. We are currently recruiting for our 2020-2021 programs.
