Let’s Get Ready (LGR) partnered with InnerView Education and Blackstone to present Career Night on Wednesday, August 24th — a virtual event where LGR students had the opportunity to develop their professional brand, learn how to articulate their professional mission, and participate in a community of common purpose, understanding and support.
In the two-hour workshop, students were able to share their resumes, discuss fears and expectations of the workforce, and build critical interview skills to land their dream internship or first job. Students also met with professionals from Blackstone, the world’s largest alternative asset manager, for one-on-one coaching and to practice networking skills to gain momentum in their college and career journey.
